The Account Details page is the central place to view your ESU 2 Grow account. It shows your basic account information, photo, entity memberships, and other information available to you based on your permissions. From this page you can also change your password and open the pages used to edit your account, profile, and preferences.

Your screen may look a little different
Administrators can see and edit additional account fields that are not available to most users. If a field described below does not appear for you, it may be administrator-only or disabled for your site.
Required fields are marked with a red asterisk
Any field with a red asterisk next to its label must be completed before the account can be updated.
Basic account information
First, Middle, and Last Name
Your name as it appears throughout ESU 2 Grow. First Name and Last Name are normally required; Middle Name is optional.
Email
The email address associated with your account. ESU 2 Grow can use this address for account-related messages and password recovery. If your site uses email addresses for login, changing it also changes the email address you use to sign in.
Job Title
Your job or role title, such as "Programmer Analyst" or "Curriculum Director."
Photo and avatar
Account Edit can include separate uploads for your account photo and avatar. You can replace either image by choosing a new file, or remove the existing image with the corresponding Clear Current... button.
Photo
The larger image shown on your Account Details page and in other account displays.
Avatar
A smaller account image that can be used in areas where a compact image is needed.
Entity and work contact information
If your account belongs to more than one entity, Account Edit shows each entity separately. Work contact information is stored with the individual entity, so you may have different work phone information for different entities.
Entity
The school, organization, department, or other entity connected to your account. Entity assignments are typically managed by an administrator.
Work Phone and Extension
Your work phone number and optional extension for that entity.
Work Cell
Your work cell number for that entity, if one is used.
Default Entity
If you belong to multiple entities, one can be marked as your default. ESU 2 Grow uses the default entity when it needs a primary entity for your account.
Private and administrative information
Private contact information is administrator-only
Private contact information is not shown to ordinary ESU 2 Grow users. Administrators may be able to view or edit it for administrative or emergency-contact purposes.
Home Phone and Personal Cell
Private phone numbers associated with the account.
Home Address
The private mailing address stored for the account, including Address 1, Address 2, City, State, and ZIP.
Dietary Restrictions / Other Concerns
An optional private field for information the organization may need to know. Whether this field is used depends on your site.
Admin Comments
An administrator-only notes field. This may not appear when users edit their own accounts.
Emergency contact information
Account Edit can store a primary and secondary emergency contact. Each contact includes a name, relationship, and phone number.
Primary Contact
The first person to contact in an emergency, including their relationship to you and the best phone number to reach them.
Secondary Contact
An optional second emergency contact in case the primary contact cannot be reached.
Administrator-only controls
Administrators may see additional controls on Account Edit, including:

Indicates whether the account's email address has been verified.

Depending on your permissions, additional buttons may appear at the top of Account Details.

Edit Profile
Opens profile information such as roles, grades, and subjects.
